It's old but this comic is about that small Solid State Society fiasco that happened a week or so ago. The reason why it was delayed was because I was moving into my apartment and the server was down for a period of time due to Spain, so I had to attend to those things. I think this is one of the better ones, at least art-wise. Writing wise it's the same always (crap.) There were a bunch of Huge Scoops which came down the pipes a week or so ago, so I'll be making comics on those. Sure, they'll be old news by the time I do, but hey, it's comic inspiration! That can't be squandered. Mistakes of Youth now has a podcast! Sure, it's crappy and we're not sure if it'll ever progress past episode one, but it's something. I'll try and see if I can get a variety interesting speakers on in future episodes, if there are future episodes. On another comic related note; Mistakes of Youth was recently linked by the popular online comic Tsunami Channel. This fills me with joy. This is the first time a popular online comic has linked me (by choice anyway). It means I'm reaching the audience I'm aiming for! If there is any kind of downside to being more known, it's the fact that I have produce quality consistently now (which is to say if there was any quality at all) that people are actually reading. That's good, though. It'll help me to improve. I hope. Anyway, thanks to Konstantin for linking to the comic! (Ikimashou has linked me too, but I kind of bugged him about that >__>) By now I'm sure the news has gotten around that the fine folks at Gainax will be producing not one, but four new Evangelion films. This is very exciting for me, as I am a bit of an Evangelion fanboy. If the news floating around is correct, the movies will feature a lot of new animation. Hell, according to ANN one's an entire prequel! Just as I was growing a bit tired of the series, Gainax shoots new material right in my face (hahahhahaha... ugh.) Anyway, I as I mentioned in the opening paragraph, a comic about this will be up soon. Another HUGE SCOOP is the new Shuffle! ~Memories~ series. This really took me by surprise, but I guess it shouldn't have given Really! Really? (or is it Really? Really!) is hitting store shelves soon. Details are kind of sketchy, but according to my buddy Randall they should be directors' cuts of some sort. I'm excited. Any new Shuffle! anime is a Good Thing. So are new the Kaede h-scenes which will be in Really? Really! Actually, those are better. NHK ni Youkoso has been progressing fairly well, but I've noticed that it's diverging from the manga (either that or I don't remember the manga too well.) It looks to me like they're trying to develop a more romantic relationship between Misaki and Satou. It could be that this was how it was in the original novels, because I know the manga goes off in its own direction after a certain point. Can someone who's read the novels confirm this for me, please? The fall season is upon us. I got a shit-ton of picks (the list is growing), which college will most likely interfere with. I guess that means no more raw watching! This makes me kind of glad that most of the shows I'm watching now are 12 episodes, or just near conclusion. Well, that's all for this week. Damn. I've been busy. But before I go into my rant I have a bone to pick with a certain Randall. Randall: Let me tell you why you are still alive. When you where so nice to IM Wildarmsheero with this: "Heeeey, do Dave and Frank have sex? Is Frank on top?" I almost went all CIA on your ass and tried to kill you. Well, first off Wildarms likes you, so, you have that going for you and secondly your name is Randall. Now, I could go on and on about how badly your posts on your website are written and how the exclamation point is not how you end every sentence. I mean, come on dude, this symbol: "!" tends to be used when someone is exclaiming something, for example:
Randall is a hopeless prick who can't write a good news post to save his life!
Anyway, to conclude: Asking whether a man and a man have sex isn't just a dumbass question, it's none of your business where I stick my business.
Now on to more unhappy matters. Mistakes of Youth Porn. Whoever requested this should die. It's that simple. There is no need for this. I mean hell, we, I mean, Wildarms, barely gets comics out on time. I don't think we need a blow-job picture of Tina and a penis. For the one man who gets off to this, congratulations. You just got off to Mistakes of Youth porn, I hope it feels good. Now go put that semen in a jar. I hear it tastes good on toast.
Now on to Happy News. The podcast. Not bad, it's a start, you never know, I'm always willing to try news things at Mistakes of Youth. Anyway, I'm just really angry.
